Effective Date: February 11, 2026 | Version: 2026-02-11

1. You Must Not Use the Service for Abuse or Deception

  • Use scraped, purchased, rented, harvested, or otherwise acquired third-party contact lists where recipients have not directly granted permission for this invitation use case.
  • Send unsolicited promotional or marketing calendar invites without recipient permission or another valid legal basis.
  • Send repeated invites after a recipient declines, opts out, asks to stop, or otherwise indicates they do not want further contact.
  • Use deceptive or misleading event titles, descriptions, sender identities, metadata, or calendar details intended to trick recipients.
  • Impersonate any person, company, organization, brand, or authority, or misrepresent your relationship to any of them.
  • Use the service for harassment, threats, fraud, phishing, malware delivery, or any unlawful activity.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, safety systems, account restrictions, or other compliance controls.

2. Campaign and List Hygiene Requirements

  • Maintain accurate recipient records and honor suppression lists and opt-out signals promptly.
  • Use truthful sender details and event context so recipients can understand why they are receiving an invitation.
  • Promptly remove recipients that bounce repeatedly, complain, or appear invalid.

3. Enforcement and Remediation

We may apply automated or manual safeguards at any time, including queue throttling, campaign pausing, account suspension, and account termination.

We may require remediation steps before reactivation, including list cleanup, policy acknowledgments, or proof of recipient permission.

Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent loss of access.

4. Logging, Investigation, and Cooperation

We maintain operational and security logs to detect abuse, investigate incidents, support enforcement decisions, and satisfy legal obligations.

We may preserve and disclose relevant records to service providers, platform operators, regulators, or law enforcement when required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse.

5. Policy Updates

We may update this Policy at any time. Updates are effective when posted unless a later date is stated.

Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated Policy.
