The service may be used only for legitimate event invitation workflows and related communications.

You are responsible for campaign configuration, recipient targeting, event details, and message content.

You must comply with provider requirements (including email and calendar platform rules) and all applicable anti-spam, privacy, marketing, and consumer protection laws.

3. Recipient Permission and Data Practices

You may only send invitations to recipients where you have an appropriate lawful basis and permission for that communication.

You are responsible for honoring opt-out and do-not-contact requests without undue delay.

You represent that recipient information you upload was collected lawfully and may be processed for your campaign purposes.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy at all times.

Misuse, abuse, deceptive behavior, impersonation, unauthorized data use, and attempts to evade compliance controls are prohibited.

5. Privacy and Data Processing

Our Privacy Policy describes how we process personal data for account administration, service delivery, security, and support.

If you use the service for business purposes and personal data is processed on your behalf, our Data Processing Addendum applies to that processing relationship.

6. Third-Party Platforms and Integrations

The service may rely on third-party providers, including email, calendar, and cloud infrastructure vendors.

Your use of third-party services is subject to those services' terms and policies, and availability may depend on those providers.

7. Monitoring, Enforcement, and Cooperation

To protect recipients, customers, and platform integrity, we may monitor usage signals, queue behavior, campaign outcomes, and abuse indicators.

We may throttle, pause, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably suspect policy violations, legal risk, or security abuse.

We may preserve and share relevant records when legally required, or when necessary to investigate abuse and comply with platform obligations.

8. Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, improve, or discontinue features at any time.

The service is provided on an as-available basis and may experience downtime, delays, or interruptions.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, non-payment (if applicable), legal requirements, abuse risk, or security concerns.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
